International long-distance transport. I moved my horse from Toulouse to northern Germany, a journey of over 20 hours by truck (1500km) with an overnight stay in a transit stable. Communication was quick, and I received a quote within 24 hours. He was very accommodating regarding the date. For international transport, we had to complete the TRACES document, and Fabrice helped me with the paperwork, which was greatly appreciated! The truck was modern, clean, and very well-equipped. Fabrice was wonderful with my horse, both during loading and unloading. He took care of booking the transit stable and sent me a photo once my horse was settled in his stall. He even put on his cooler in the evening because he was sweating a bit during the journey (my horse isn't used to long trips). I received photos and messages keeping me informed of each stage of the transport, in addition to live GPS tracking! It was incredibly reassuring to be able to track my horse's journey, especially over long distances! They were punctual for both departure and arrival times. In short, nothing to complain about; the transport couldn't have gone better. I wholeheartedly recommend Globe Trotter and would definitely use their services again if needed!
